Skittish ignorance petrifies us of being crushed whilst knowing the juice is sweeter than the unpressed grape.. So why do we question the weight of the oil press? Doesn't the core of an apple bear seed? Or the water from a coconut not nourish us? the mirage that being pressed doesn't make you firm. seeing the pleasure in letting go but the audacity to keep holding on. The oil is always more valuable than the olive
