Thinking she might say the L word
Not wanting to say it myself
Thinking there was a small chance that she might say
That she loved me as a friend
It didn't happen
I'm not surprised
I'm thankful
And content with how she shared
How she thanked me for being honest
But I've learned its not good
To grow too attached to people
Just love Jesus
He is consistent
And His love is the greatest of all
At least I have my podcasts
People will dissapoint
Podcasts don't
Neither does earth mother
