Orange leaves once green Twist and turn through the azure sky Dancing with multicoloured friends to the melody of the wind But gravity brings them down to earth The party’s over They lose their colour And then it snows and they disappear Under it’s white cloak Crumbling and dissolving they trickle through the ground Until they reach their mighty root that welcomes them back home Reunited They’re all connected Next spring the orange leaves are green again

Fallen leaf
Orange leaves once green Twist and turn through the azure sky Dancing with multicoloured friends to the melody of the wind But gravity brings them down to earth The party’s over They lose their colour And then it snows and they disappear Under it’s white cloak Crumbling and dissolving they trickle through the ground Until they reach their mighty root that welcomes them back home Reunited They’re all connected Next spring the orange leaves are green again
