11 things I'm thankful for:
I’m thankful for home
And that my parents are there
I’m thankful for friends
Who support me with flair
I’m thankful that I got to learn things at school
I am thankful for hobbies,
I think they’re quite cool
I’m thankful for stories
(may they be happy or sad)
And those perfect days that we all wish we had
I’m thankful for love and for sadness and for spite
Because only through the darkness can you find the light

This was a thanksgiving poem I wrote a long time ago, maybe when I was around 12. I wrote it on here to remind me of things I should be grateful for and to see how far I’ve come since then.
