My heart keeps telling itself: Love should never be trusted again.Yet, with every good deed I do in your name, Something inside softly insists: True love deserves to be lived at least once in life.I find myself divided, Held back by memories, Yet drawn forward by the yearning for love.

This poem expresses the struggle between pain from loving deeply and the quiet hope for another chance at true love.
