When looking at you and I fail to speak- produce the perfect words- know that it's not out of reluctance. Instead    -     know, the air in my lungs has fled. My heart has begun clawing its way through my chest, begging to feel your blood fill its chambers. Goosebumps wave across my skin as it yearns for your touch. My eyes well, your beauty surreal.

My Heart to Yours
When looking at you and I fail to speak- produce the perfect words- know that it's not out of reluctance. Instead    -     know, the air in my lungs has fled. My heart has begun clawing its way through my chest, begging to feel your blood fill its chambers. Goosebumps wave across my skin as it yearns for your touch. My eyes well, your beauty surreal.
I'm not sure where I got the inspiration, but I wanted to try my hand at creating an image within the words. I'm happy with how it turned out. :)
