This tug-of-war is emotionally exhausting Joy and grief can coexist It's okay to rest, your body is healing Take all the help you need, you are not weak for asking And just so you hear it from someone else too: You are not broken. You are not ungrateful. You are not failing. You’re a mother in a season of transition, grief, love, hormones, memory, and attachment - all at once. Rest tonight. Let “okay” be enough. You don't need to explain. You don't have to justify anything. This is not a breaking— it is a becoming, slow and quiet, and you are allowed to rest inside it. This season asks for tenderness, not answers.
