Inside the church garden of St Mary’s We ate our egg and cheese sandwich A child came out dressed as an angel Clothed in white with a frown The boy cried because he was not Mary Great droplets of tears from black globes And there they stood the play not begun My two lollipop friends The photograph now in my room. Love Grandma Xxxxx
