A ball of fire, That always seems to burn higher, Venus is the hottest planet in the solar system, A violent yet beautiful planet, A sister to our motherland, Some could say that Venus has had life, Not quite like ours though very close, It may have had a beautiful moon, Some say they both crashed, Some say that it was due to global warming of the planet, But that's the past, We're in the present, We can't go back, There will never be a way, So we can just sit here and pray, That the life will come back, Come back once again for another day

The Fire Of The Sister Planet
A ball of fire, That always seems to burn higher, Venus is the hottest planet in the solar system, A violent yet beautiful planet, A sister to our motherland, Some could say that Venus has had life, Not quite like ours though very close, It may have had a beautiful moon, Some say they both crashed, Some say that it was due to global warming of the planet, But that's the past, We're in the present, We can't go back, There will never be a way, So we can just sit here and pray, That the life will come back, Come back once again for another day
This poet is about the planet named Venus, the name Venus came from a Goddess in Greek mythology named Aphrodite, scientists nicknamed Venus 'the sister planet' due the Venus and Earth's similar size
