some days are grave,
so you have to be brave.
when hard days arrive,
always remember that you will survive,
do not fray,
for things will be okay.
just keep your head up high,
remember it's okay to cry,
you will make it through this,
finding your way out of the abyss.
think about all of the good things,
the joys they bring,
and i’ll always be here for you,
even when you are blue.
