When I was a child, I always loved to sleep. So did my siblings, with them they had me beat. When we arrived from school, we didn't hang out in the street. After doing our homework, we all went to sleep. My mother and father had to work, but they didn't have to worry. They knew where their children were, so they didn't have to come home in a hurry. This sleep gave our bodies, plenty of rejuvenating rest. Upon awakening to eat our dinner, we were all refreshed. There is nothing like taking time out to relax, and to clear your mind. Don't do it for a while, try doing it all the time. By, Sandra Juanita Nailing
