I am but a small fly on the wall. Collecting stories to tell no one at all. It may seem like you're alone, That no one notices you when you're on the phone, But rest assured I am right there Quietly witnessing the clandestine air. No one notices me, and that is good I see things and keep them in just as a fly should. There are times when it is quite lonely When I know that utterly No one knows I exist, That when I'm gone, I won't be missed.

A Fly on the Wall
I am but a small fly on the wall. Collecting stories to tell no one at all. It may seem like you're alone, That no one notices you when you're on the phone, But rest assured I am right there Quietly witnessing the clandestine air. No one notices me, and that is good I see things and keep them in just as a fly should. There are times when it is quite lonely When I know that utterly No one knows I exist, That when I'm gone, I won't be missed.
To those people who also love collecting stories and come to realize how useless their lives are in comparison.
