A Night To Remember

When the world disappears will you be there to see it all? See the stars fall down around us?Stare God in the eye? Can you imagine the looks on their faces when they see the grip we have amongst the free dancing of frenzied people? They will say we aren't real, but are they? How can they sing of fate and prophesy when life is unfolding right before their newly opened eyes? Why can't they take flight and free themselves to soar in the glory of the end? Heaven descends among those who understand the eternity of blooming promise. When will we know the others who see like us? Will their wardrobe be a pristine white or the same as always? Is there ever a way to know angels walk among us? Still the stars raining down like chandelier fireworks steal the fleeting attention of the population's anxieties. We sit and watch the fire show dance on the lake.
