i had enjoyed the most golden of golden hours as the sun took its time drawing out its setting with a contrast of paling blue grey in one direction gently washed with colour in the other clouds lined in crimson pinks and oranges painting the sky aglow with rapture before it ceded to the darkening midnight blue creeping in high overhead where its light can no longer reach the stars are unveiled appearing shyly at first until the moon too shows her face proudly illuminating the coming night
