Darkness

A ragged breath drawn in

to help extinguish the agony,

the deep, unfettered torture

that sums the entirety of my existence.

And I've had enough

I've done enough.

But then inside I can only

see that I am not enough.

Swirling round and sinking down.

Down into the sweet abyss of darkness.
