What a sight – this sparrow – Perennial heir of Song – In the holding nest Beneath feathered breast She cradles you – she nurtures me – Her aquiline murmurs Sweetly lull and hum Though the billows and whispers Of this endless, entropic Blue – Amidst swirling tides Of shadow and light She keeps us warm Within the shell – Losslessness In bulb form.
