Sometimes I wonder if you’re better off without me, If the miles between us set you free. I was holding you back, dragging you down. Yes, you’re definitely better off without me around. From a distance, I’ve watched you spread your wings and fly, Do things you wouldn’t have dared to try. By now.. I’m almost certain, by now I’m almost sure, That me leaving you behind was your cure.
