The lonliness of a writer
an artist
a musician
These people many speak about
but are never heard
Life is but a timeline
merely getting things done
checking off the list
until their sun doesn't come
longing...
for another
for a purpose
for the chance to be heard
longing
until one day,
they do find another

who brightens their day
who slows the timeline
who for once, listens
who finally ends the longing

who makes the sun shine longer
who branches the timeline
who understands
who finds you
