Actually that's not a haiku, or even a poem: a haiku is composed of three lines five-seven-five, and though yours is written on paper as "You don't see me when / I cry, or spill over, you / see me when it rains", it's actually spoken as "You don't see me when I cry, (pause) or spill over, (pause) you see me when it rains." which doesn't have any rhythm.
I like the writing though.
