Bring me the grail of human essence, and lay humanity sliced upon a golden platter. Then he walks across bubbles of egos, waging windy wars won in blatant prejudice. He locks his kindness in a cosy cage, and hangs his innocence in privileged palaces. Gaza, Sudan, and the countless unnamed erupt in lavas of red-hot cruelty. His sincerity tolls like a muted gong, drowned in a world of hungry haters. And I, the Satan, will be crowned a saint, while the human wanders on... a hollow shadow of a ghost.

Satan to Saint
