This is the moon, the light in the darkness Shining to those only willing to look up To let their face be illuminated by her touch But instead it is simply a simple A mundane thing to always be abused For what it has to offer Not what it gives, what it shows But finally, young dreamer looks Looks just to find a simple curve But there shines a crescent a crown of beauty, of splendor So he smirks, knowing he has found his wonder
