I need you, You’re my only source of energy, Of happiness, Of everything that makes me function. Without you, mornings feel wrong, Without you, nights are too long. Days pass but feel the same, Life without you has no name. Morning without you, night without you, Day without you, life without you, My heart says, "May it never be," every night, Because without you, I am not myself. You are the reason I wake, The reason I try, The reason I smile Without asking why. If the world went silent And everyone left, As long as I have you, I still have the rest. Because you are not just someone I love, You are my peace, my home, My reason, my heart, The place where I belong.
