I’ve always felt complete, but you’re like my other heartbeat – so in sync, so benign, great minds really are alike. A listener I never had, a soul mate even, not a fad. That’s so refreshing to see, something I aspire to be. In the world’s tug-of-war, you’re my loving ally and so much more. I always thought it was me against the world, but now I know it’s us both. How did you stay so sweet, so pure, in a world full of vapid, putrid bores? I gasp in disbelief– you see me for who I am, behind my skintight sheath. How did you peer through the glass so many fail to pass? I light up at your very sight– my grumpy sunshine, my sweet delight.

Soulmates
I don't believe in soulmates but some people make me reconsider. Who would have thought it would be an English man in his 80s. Uncanny.
