Late at night I hear noises, And in my head I hear voices. And among the clamor, I hear breathing. Your words. They tear me apart. So what now? Do you leave? Just like everyone else? I can't stand it. I hate it when you walk away, It tears me apart. Everything you say, Pierces my heart like a needle. And it hurts at first, But I don't seem to mind. Everything you say can **** me, But instead it keeps me alive. Your little needles are working, With my hope as thread. They stitch me up, attached to you. And I know you don't mean to, But I can't stop it. Every sleepless night, I spend wishing, I could dream about you. But as long as I can see you, It will tear me apart. So stitch me back together.

Needles and Thread
