I will stand beside every soul
That seeks a helping hand,
Even if my kindness
Returns to me empty.
For I believe somewhere in this world,
Or beyond it,
Every good deed finds its reward.
And even if it does not,
It still brings peace to my soul—
Knowing I could be a companion
People can rely on.
So I will continue to be this way,
No matter what life shows me,
Even in the quiet moments
When I feel alone
And wish for a little support myself.
For God has chosen me for this,
And I will try to live my life
True to His expectations.
In the long run, I hope to extend my help in many more ways
And become a ray of light
For every heart that feels lonely or deserted.
And at the same time,
I will nourish my inner self,
So that my strength never fades
To uplift myself as well as others.💞
