Beyond the sun Resting in the hum The people without water rest Groups of cans Groups of pans And a bottle for a bath The people gather to rest Having trudged the miles fast Beyond the sun comes cover A night and a sign Beneath the poverties stench A skin erected just and fine Resting in the hum A dry mouth retreating from the heat It knows no nightmares It holds no grudge For in the group of cans The life will catch a meal The life that started poor The life splitting it's chore Two in one hand stay the same Passed down in literacy Amongst the ****** band One life lived by all One crammed only tall And by one corner a can Remembered before the all Against the bill of water None enter a safe Words having drawn Once the bitter taste So the all attempt defeat And draw the hidden hush Life once escaped A markets forbidden dates And wisdom was ready from on To cry the dear mistake Now once written It all seems as fake

Where the People Rest
