Jokes are fun
Or so they say
But sometimes that depends on day
And who it is you're telling them to
If one lands bad,
That's shame on you!
What makes him laugh
her face covorts
You risk it cause, that person's blue,
Put treacle inside someone's shoe
One thing that I have often thought,
Is why are jokes more fun when naught..tea?
Like *** n drugs n rock n roll
Break the rules n bend that mold
Are you one who laughs in kind? Or sits flat faced as they unwind?
There is a problem I can see, and that's you can't fill all with open glee
(Just like some freaks don't drink Yorkshire tea)
Do jokes bend change as people do?
But it's treacles fun in someone's shoe (isn't it?)
Apparently the timings key, but my problem is I'm late ya see!
Is it fine to upset some? With a well placed quip about some blokes *** Or is it that folk cry too quick? Or is it that the jokes were ****
Have we grown to reach for more, before walking out and past stage door?
Once society, less unique, making fun of weirds n freaks.
Now it's seen as dull and sad, and fitting in is somehow bad.
Jokes are fun with the right crowd, as some aren't 'loud to hear aloud, unless said with your closest friends, breaking from the common trend
Jokes are fun, they break the rules,
Given that they're told by fools
Once upon a time they said, make me laugh or lose your head (now that's pressure)
Why question that what some find fun? Cause when it all is said n done, as long as I can laugh myself, as someone falls from a missed shelf, the point of comedy you see, is breaking lifes monotony!
