Why did i even come to know you
why did i give you a place in my heart
why did i give you my shoulder to lean on
why did i spend that night calling your name
why did my eyes cheat me that you were beautiful
why did i let my hands hold you so tight
why did i let my eyes even look at you
why did i let my mouth say i love you
why?
why didn't i preserve my tears but cried for you
why did i buy that ring when your finger was nowhere to be found
why am i writing this poem while you won't read it
why was i faithful to you while all you did was make my life so dreadful
