The diamond studded sports car
took things a little too far
and the mob
got a scent of the action.
They sent an enforcer to force
from me property

so I poleaxed the guy
( Benny one eye )
and from his valise
I took the diary,
told the Godfather
wire me some dough or
I'm going to go to the cops
with the info
now they've put out a contract
to subtract
all the days from my life.
I want witness protection.
