Not everything is in tablet form

I happened on the feeling

that my body wasn't healing

and the quackery they gave to me

was not bespoke,

and

something off the shelf

for health

doesn't really cut the mustard.

I trusted in old remedies

found some herbal recipes

and now I'm as right as rain.
