Have you ever felt
you loved someone that
you hated the person?

Have you ever felt
you knew everything that
you knew nothing?

Have you ever felt
the overwhelming happiness and grace that
you manifested signs of sadness?

Have you ever felt
the burning heart inside
though you are soaked outside?

At some point inside I really do understand these feelings deep inside one's mind and heart, can taste like a bitter pill or even loved with some form of bitter taste within. Keep on writing and smiling.

That liberty you enjoy 
That freedom cannot be convinced or shown or proved by anyone
If you feel, someone is proving,

To answer your poetic questions--yes, yes, yes, yes and yes.  Perhaps they are questions we should ask ourselves at the end of each day, though we'll, most likely, not be able to answer them.  this poem is a good lesson on exploring our humanity.

That last stanza is a great summary and hard hitting truth or understanding.  Feelings are both demons and angels sometimes.  But for the poet they are often the engines of our art.  Do you agree?  Thanks so much for your thought-provoking poem.
