one small step forward, slowly & surely Don't know where I'll end up, I just hope I'm worthy. I want something that's mine so I don't have to share it Am I a fool to believe there's something I may merit? Time to break it down Let's get out of this town I don't wanna stick around What would you put at stake? Would you let a heart break if it was never yours to take? I can feel the world quaking, Wait, that's just my hands shaking. Second guess decisions I'm making Like, what kind of life is this? Is there another wave of consciousness? Or is this just all there is? Wait, I think I lost ya, I'd explain but it'll cost ya. There's not much point anyway cause no one's really here to stay. When I'm in my head, I drift away. I get quiet when there's lots to say, in hopes some good will float my way.
