Unable to focus or comprehend

Is shaky and uncontrollable
As though you were choking
With your heart racing
Pounding in your ears
As it begs to stay still
Your emotions of
Loneliness and yearning and frustration
Growing like an infection
Then maybe
Just maybe
You can finally understand
How you made me feel
