waking dream insomnia not really sure if it's a shadow or if it's you again, lying still another traveler whispering about what he left behind love from family what could've been your steadfastness your reflection when you're down it's hard to feel on top it's hard to sleep without gnawing at the ache granite for a headstone i can only dream but that would be too easy like dodging questions like trying to dodge a bullet that hit me years ago
