I am on this journey  The journey back to ME  On my way back to loving myself  I give myself permission to be free  Free of the responsibility  Of taking care of everyone else  The only way to true independance  Is to first walk this path by yourself  How can I enjoy the fruits of my labor  When I'm bound to do everybody else favors  I am used and abused  left completely confused  Don't want to disappoint  Our relationship I couldn't stand to lose  But it's time that finally I live for me  And decide what truly makes me happy  It's time that my soul is set free  'cause as of now I'm on this journey  The journey back  to LOVING  ME  © 2012
