Cool stream trickles, tinkles by,
Dappled sunlight through the trees,
Oak, Ash, Silver Birch and Pine.
Tiny silver fishes swimming
The water giggles and rushes,
down the great mountainside,
I am calm.
The earth is damp and sweet,
The air full of birdsong and bluebells' scent.
I listen, I hear, I howl at the sun.
Clovers and daisies surround me,
And on the pebble bank, beach,
The soft rounded stones are warm.
They comfort me.
