in a matter of degrees,
the wrong ones taint white bubbles
and soft peaked foam to red,
one pass down,
one pass across
one pass if you
must, go against
the grain,
remember your reducing beard,
and though it feels weird
to say, your not shaving skin,
but saving it.
Take your time and get
to know your face...
the only brush you will have,
is ....not with death
