Drowning in oxygen, lungs stuffed with molasses Heart pumping, but nothing rushes through my veins Skin crawling with whispers of hands plastered there I ache, I bend, I break, try to scream but gurgle in vain, My throat coated thick in tar and shame I am smaller than myself. this mangled body can't be mine
