Mouth shut, teeth gently clenched, cheek pressed into the pillow. Eyes locked on the door handle, while static in my head begins to billow. Lost in my own thoughts, afraid of what’s ahead, I stare into the silence, still frozen in my bed. Numbness and tension have locked my body stiff. I feel like useless person, standing at the edge of cliff. Anxious at heights, afraid to fall, not sure what to do — I'm hoping for your call.

STUCK IN MY HEAD
Mouth shut, teeth gently clenched, cheek pressed into the pillow. Eyes locked on the door handle, while static in my head begins to billow. Lost in my own thoughts, afraid of what’s ahead, I stare into the silence, still frozen in my bed. Numbness and tension have locked my body stiff. I feel like useless person, standing at the edge of cliff. Anxious at heights, afraid to fall, not sure what to do — I'm hoping for your call.
