"A Loose Leaf"

Like a loose leaf I fell from the tree,

The fall was long and freeing,

'Til I reached the bottom.

A wind has since then carried me,

To places far and wide,

I no longer know where I fell is.

The wind is both soothing and brash,

I don't trust it will take me back,

But to more beautiful sights.
