I’m gasping for air But there is no air to grasp onto Begging for someone to care But that’s something they won’t do They watch as life pours out And as my blood drains Making it’s way about Surrounding me like water in hurricanes I continue to drown In this pool of hate While everybody around Let it happen without debate I just want to be loved I just want to matter Not to get pushed and shoved And get thrown away deep without ladders I’m gasping for air But there is no air to grasp onto Begging for someone to care But that’s something they won’t do

Breathless
I’m gasping for air But there is no air to grasp onto Begging for someone to care But that’s something they won’t do They watch as life pours out And as my blood drains Making it’s way about Surrounding me like water in hurricanes I continue to drown In this pool of hate While everybody around Let it happen without debate I just want to be loved I just want to matter Not to get pushed and shoved And get thrown away deep without ladders I’m gasping for air But there is no air to grasp onto Begging for someone to care But that’s something they won’t do
