It takes time for a heart to heal,
For the pain to subside,
To let go of fear,
That bleeds on the inside.
How will we know,
What we can achieve,
If we're over thinking the past,
If we don't believe.
It might be a struggle,
Just to get through the day,
But in only a matter of time,
We will realize we're okay.
It takes strength and bravery to let go,
