I wish I could absolve myself from all the indignity
That i have caused myself
I wish I were strong enough
To show my ire & gloom
I wish I could face the bigotry of autumn, winter and rain
And at the same time enjoy all of them the same
I wish that I could rise above the thundering cloud
And see the glories sun
I wish I could grasp the brevity of friendship,
Love and all that’s divine
I wish that life my is fecund
Hope that it has some meaning in the end
I wish someday when I die, I die peacefully in my dreams
I wish I dream of you when I do
I wish I were a better bard
Writing better elegy in the time of distress
I wished for long now I have wished hard and true
Now I wish for all my wishes to come true
