do you hear the voices? she bet you don’t. Pity those who were caught Minds and hearts locked they blame their god With brilliant minds come crafty constructs One for reward, one for judgement they parade and cheer, For now, they have no Fear It is pitch black Closes with a whack Clasps shut with a crack The Stars that flew have long gone Another rise, another dawn their colours fade Because now, they crave Escape of course you don’t. you can’t look among yourselves. because she sees one of you painting the cage ‘in pure darkness’.
