If someone loves you, it means you are at least somewhat lovable. They can love you even if you don't because they see you from a different perspective. If you don't love yourself, it's harder to be loved, but not impossible. If you continue to say "it's not" enough, you are slapping them in the face, because if they can love you when you don't, they really do love you, and you are simply asking to be alone, maybe not directly, maybe not on purpose, but you are pushing them away. It's not that you aren't lovable in that case, it's that you choose not to let yourself be loved.
