Man puts on costume Wants to have fun; Man wanders into forest Not for long. Walked to his neighbor's Thought it would be fun; Man appears threatening Gets shot in the lung. Old man just wanted To be more free; Nobody tells him Who he shouldn't be. Not too long ago, He was so much more; He was drunk, again And looking for more. But before he was gone He saw freedom's light; And travelled along Into the night.
