This is very timely for me. I've reached a point recently where I feel sometimes I'm writing something just for the sake of it, or to order as per the reason HP blog, which seems manufactured and false to me. My best writing has always come out of nothing, moments of inspiration or exceptional events in my life. That's just the way I work and, of course, every poet is beautifully different but may be one reason why some fade away from our poetic souls.
