But no one shows the stuff that is rough
Highlights of everyone living a best life
Ooo look a new baby, she's becoming a wife
New homes, new jobs, just full of life's wins
And dont get me started on people on LinkedIn
Though it has its pros through education
My brain feels fried like vegetation
Did you know we spend years of our time
Just sat on our phones, it feels like a crime
Remember what you see isn't even real
It's filtered, edited to make us all feel
That people are happy but it is all lies
We dont see the heartache, the pain and the cries
Sometimes it's best to just turn off your phone
Stop with the inspo and becoming a clone
Live your life without taking that selfie
Live in the moment, it's far more healthy
This digital world that we currently live in
Is stopping us appreciate who we are within
Stop living your life for comments and likes
Get outside, enjoy nature and go on long hikes
So remember this, keep your head ******* on
The online you disappears when you're gone
The real you is the one that we'll cherish
When one day you will eventually perish
