Fake

She was there without a care

what witness to heartless fortitude

a fake feels real but was not

it was my mistake

I saw her coming but did not see it

the mist of my mind kept me in denial

people tried to awake me from my trial

but I kept in denial

until the fake revealed my fate

like a rat from hell

I could smell the fake

without hate I wake
