(sonnet #MMMMMMMMMCMIV) He said he rarely visits here, a sense Of years 'go in my father's house to scale Mine, where my brother said that too, in frail 'Scuse of my bedroom in the back, like hence What, eh? Now tis an office I'm fr'intents Late stationed in to serve, where that detail So weirdly mimics home years ere. Derail The thought of change, is't? Moving on's pretense? I'm me, and situations but as twere Repeat themselves; the hope of better through The years a foolish thought. What do I do? Or how look on the future when hope's poor, Else not what I had thought? Bestir Hope in the LORD, my soul. LORD, I need You. 22Dec25b
